The exterior is reminiscent of the shingle and bungalow styles of Architecture prevalent in the adjacent structures. The 4,200 square foot main floor houses the medical practice. The space has been designed for 3-4 doctors with 4 offices, 9 exam rooms, a procedure room, and a laboratory. The exam rooms are arranged around the perimeter of the general medical area in which the Physicians and their medical assistants work. The Physician’s review files, make notes, take phone calls, and wash hands in full view of the patients in order to relay a trust in the Doctor Patient relationship.
