Texas Roadhouse is a new chain of steak restaurants based in Louisville Kentucky. Godsey Associates Architects has created construction documents for 36 restaurants in 13 states. They are approximately 7,500 square feet with a seating capacity of 250, and contain full service kitchen and dining areas.
