This masonry load bearing facility is designed to house 200 low risk/minimum security inmates. The facility is designed to blend into and enhance the campus like setting of the institution. This facility is designed with two wings of bunk areas. Each bunk area is designed to have 50 double bunked spaces. The central core contains staff offices and meeting rooms, the dayroom for the inmates as well as their reading/activity area. The central control room located in the center of the facility controls operations for the HVAC, fire alarm, doors and camera controls. The facility replaces an origianl 1910 facility that was demolished in its place.
