This 49,000 square foot juvenile facility consists of 80 beds for long term juvenile residents. The facility houses a full
size gymnasium, classrooms, educational offices and vocational classrooms. This facility also includes a full medical and
dental exam area in a large intake area. Also housed are various staff offices and amenities. A full service kitchen and
dining area is provided as well. The building is constructed of load bearing masonry wall and masonry veneer. All
security controls as well as plumbing and HVAC controls are operated from a central control room. The site is surrounded
by a 15’ perimeter fence with an intrusion detection system. Encapsulated by the fencing is space for general outdoor
activities as well as football and baseball fields and three basketball courts.
